The Edward Coleman Leadership Institute is designed to train adults with leadership skills in the areas of personal, professional, and community development that will help them become more successful in their lives, their workplace, and their communities. The STAND Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization created to empower individuals and organizations through leadership training that promotes economic opportunities, social progress, and community development in Arkansas.
